A strange man named Oswald Cobblepot comes to Gotham to take of the city. The only thing standing in his way is Batman. Tim Burton returns to direct the second Batman film and it’s just as great as the first. The cast was perfectly picked to play great characters like Danny Devito as The Penguin/ Cobblepot, Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman/Selena Kyle, and Christopher Walker as Max Shreck. There’s so much to love in this one. Action, revenge, and great visuals. This is much darker and violent than the first which is changes the viewing for kids and more for adults which is a weird thing to do but it works. Verdict: 9.8
